[Allstar Digital] DMRGateway install script

I have updated the repo and added a script to install DMRlink, DV3000 
and DMRGateway on a RPi2 DIAL.
to run:
login as root
cd /srv
wget https://github.com/N4IRS/DMRlink/raw/master/dmr_install
chmod +x dmr_install
./dmr_install

Once complete, reboot. You now have all the parts.
