[Allstar Digital] DMRlink first questions

So I looked thru dmrlink.cfg

Looking at the sample peer and sample master. If I want to designate the
RPI2 as the master I should be able to use 127.0.0.1 then assign my
repeater ip as the peer. I'll be on the same network so something like
192.168.x.x.
