[Allstar Digital] DV4MINI working

[ea8ee]

The node is active but for more than a month ago does not appear as online
in the statistics but connects and receives all connectionsI review the
config and reviewed from steve n4irs but even with all this right,I wrote
Jim but never answered me
in any case, any node can connect my allstarlink node 27684 and audio out
to ref 4370 with dvmini and from the BM network with a DMR repeater TG9107
