As you move from testing to production, you can reduce that amount of
data in the log. Or not log at all. I do plan a logrotate script to
compress old log files.
DEBUG, INFO, WARNING and CRITICAL are the possible LOG_LEVEL values.
DEBUG is the most verbose and CRITICAL is the least. If you want no
logging at all, set LOG_FILE to /dev/null/idontcare.log
