FYI,

Today I got a ThumbDV and have tested it with the DMRGateway code. It
works just as expected, no issues. I have it running on a "fresh"
Raspberry Pi 2 in AMBEServer mode. I will play more tomorrow and use it on
OSX where I do much of my development.
