Had a little time this weekend.
The DV4Mini works, but the software sucks! Mike N4IRR is addressing this.

I had no experience with the Hytera reflector system since my DMR 
repeaters are all Motorola. The DV4Mini talks to the Hytera reflector.
As it turns out there is some closed source (yuck) software from Germany 
that will allow a Motorola IPSC network on slot 2 to connect to Hytera 
reflector.
It works and runs under Linux. I have our 2 Motorola repeaters 
connecting on TG 9 to the Hytera reflector. As of now, we have DMR-MARC, 
DCI and Hytera available.
