[Allstar Digital] Audio board for AllStar

I see that NW Digital has published a block diagram of their upcoming 
UDRC board. It looks like it will be possible to make it work with 
AllStar. Mike and I will take a look at Dayton and maybe get a couple so 
we can make it work with AllStar. It's early, so we have to see how it 
goes. the diagram is at
