[Allstar Digital] Getting started

If you are planning on running MMDVMHost on a Pi and you don't want to 
build it yourself, look at the "Utah DMR Image" It uses XFCE4 for the 
GUI and you can access it via rdp.

I have not loaded the image on a machine but I hear quite a few people
