David,
No, DMRGateway is ONLY connected to the Sandbox Master. Only Peers 
(repeaters) connected to the Sandbox Master will hear and talk to ASL2100.

DMRGateway, once it is available will ONLY connect to TS2 / TG 9997 
Anyone wishing to connect to another TS / TG will have to bridge it. I 
HIGHLY caution anyone considering connecting ANY gateway to DMR-MARC, DO 
NOT do it.
DMR-MARC does not allow gateways to other formats. If you want it on 
your local TG or on your State Wide (with every repeater connected agreeing)
