[Allstar Digital] DMRGateway 2Way open Beta test Install notes

Aww geesh, I missed that in the flurry of emails today. I could of swore I
read one today and someone asked if it was ready and you said not quite yet.

Sigh.... so close to bed. I'll be completely useless at work if I stay up
an attempt this.

This is the 2-way dmrgateway software right?
