We are continuing to work through how we want the final rule set to
work. We think that ambe_audio will send vocoded frames to TS2, TG 9997.
This way, in it's simplest form, AllStar will be available to a local
repeater on that TS/TG with little configuration. This will protect
other IPSC networks from connections to analog networks without their
active participation.
