[Allstar Digital] MMDVM analog

They removed the original function of the COR line (it was not be used in
the build) and re-assigned it or they are PLANNING on doing it. I believe
they moved it to do a channel selection for the Motorola radios that were
sharing DMR/D-Star?YSF modes to change the rcv bandwiths
