[Allstar Digital] MMDVM analog

Loos like pins 7, 8, 9 are output pins to define the mode. I think the 
C4FM pin is used to change channels on radio to wider mode. COS is still 
defined.
I THINK other signal were used for bandwidth changes, I could be wrong 
and too lazy to read the code right now.
