[Allstar Digital] DMRlink and timers

I have a few questions, one is I see that BM now offers the TAC channels.
Which I know are normally PTT activated. For me to contact BM and request
them, I believe I would have them up full time and would hear everything.
Regardless if I activate them locally.

The second question is if I was to peer to someone's Rayfield bridge could
the PTT activation time be controlled at the Rayfield bridge? I was offered
a connection to a bridge but only a CC connection which I can not do.
