[Allstar Digital] Updated Raspberry Pi 2/3 DIAL image

We have posted a updated image of DIAL for the Raspberry Pi. The updated 
image supports both the Pi2 and the Pi3. It will boot on either machine. 
There are a few minor bug fixes. Nothing major. A major update is in 
process now. This will give people who want to run the latest Raspberry 
Pi a AllStar image today.
