Peter,
Do the following
cd /srv/DMRlink
git pull
You should see it update ambe_audio.py
Make sure ambe_audio.py is not running.
cp ambe_audio.py /opt/dmrlink/ambe_audio/ambe_audio.py

Try agan and PLEASE report.
