[Allstar Digital] hb_ambe_audio

Be advised that the PiDV is currently not stocked, but the AMBEserver
works just as well with a ThumbDV.  Also AMBEserver can be compiled on
other Linuxes (Linuxi?) ... if you have a box sitting around.
