[Allstar Digital] DMRGATEWAY and netcat

I was playing with changing talkgroups from Allstar and everything that is
on Brandmeister works very slick. I tried doing it on another network where
I'm connected thru a C bridge and it does not work.

So I'm now curious, when I execute a dtmf to change to a certain TS/TG How
does it know which network to route that traffic thru? I feel like this is
where things are going wrong. It's not really a problem and I probably
shouldn't be doing it, but mostly I'd like to know why it doesn't work for
future reference.
