[Allstar Digital] All-star to Dstar

So I have tried all weekend to get this done. I am just going to use an
extra dstar board and a usbfob. I can not get the bridge between the two.

I tried the usrp and chan_dstar. I think I am just going to go back to
usbfob and try to do it again later.
