[App_rpt] New version of app_rpt available

Check out the new version of app_rpt version 0.43.

It now supports a duplex=4 mode, where (like duplex=3 mode) it mutes the 
path of
main repeated audio (between main rx and tx, but not anywhere else), but 
only while
the autopatch is in use. Also included documentation (in C file header) for 
all the duplex
modes.
