[App_rpt] Node simulation?

Good news so far. I have a node up for experimentation purposes (node 2000). 
Its at a colocation
site in Downtown LA (lots of bandwith). It has no Zaptel hardware in it, 
whatsoever.

To accomplish this:

Use an /etc/zaptel.conf that has no ports defined

modprobe ztdummy
then ztcfg (again)

For some reason when ztcfg is run automatically by the modprobe, it gives an 
error.  I dunno why
but it works nontheless.

in the /etc/asterisk/zapata.conf do not define any ports, but do be sure you 
define a line for
pseudo.

For the rxchannel in rpt.conf, use Zap/pseudo. do not define a txchannel.

The latest version supports all of this without any changes.
