[App_rpt] how much processor and memory are needed

Eric,

There's not enough information in your list to know for sure. It would
depend on codecs used, processor cache, RAM, and processor type. I'd
just try a machine and if it runs out of gas, upgrade it. I would not
waste my time with anything under 1Ghz.
