rpt.conf. You must have set all of the audio levels correctly for DTMF
to decode reliably. There's a document on app-rpt.qrvc.com which shows
the procedure. If you update app_rpt.c to the latest version, you may
simulate DTMF commands on the asterisk command line using the rpt fun
command.
