[App_rpt] Possible Bug (Locked to TX several hours).

Hi Guys I thought I should report the following as a possible Bug. 

I dialed up the following Echolink node last night to help out with Jota in the area and left it running over night. 

*33 138203  (JOTA-E).

When I went to check it again today at about 2PM the Transmitter was locked on solid and there was no Audio. 

I checked the asterisk box to see that Asterisk has dropped out with an error and the DMK dongle had left the Transceiver locked on TX. :( 

Both the Green and the Red lights of the DMK Dongle were on Solid (Not Flashing)..
