[App_rpt-users] Telemetry data going out on a monitor only channel

Hi Steve, Jim and all;

I was connected to a node in receive only mode and found that the 
telemetry audio was being echoed out on the node (to which I had 
connected in monitor mode).... now both nodes are local on the same box 
(although this shouldn't really matter).
