Plop a sound file in /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/rpt/nodenames with the
same name as the node number and the extension naming type of encoding
used (e.g. pcm, ulaw). Make sure the sound file is sampled at 8KHz with
no headers:

Example file name: 2165.ulaw
