Ok I have now updated to App_Rpt 0181 and Chan_Irlp 026.

So far I have connected to IRLP9453 3 times and it seems ok.

But I'm still having problems with EXP 0016.
After the connect message I get no audio and
here is a snip from the console after I connect to 0016:

The screen fills up wit these error messages until I disconnect.

Dont know why its trying to do GSM as My normal IRLP node connects with 
ADPCM full duplex.

Do I not have something set right here? I checked the IAX.conf files to 
make sure that ulaw, G726aa12 and GSM are enabled.
