[App_rpt-users] DTMF codes to activate function

Thanks to Steve, Jim and everyone for being so patient with me! You can all
tell that I'm not a programmer by now huh?
I've got it cracked now though.

Now that I understand what I've learned this evening I've also made the
macro's work including the startup macro, which works how Steve has
described below. Great Stuff!

Also the link activity timer is working well and I've got the
sitenorm announcement in the macro too!

Another day, another thing learned and my node just keeps on getting better
thanks to the hard work you guys who write the code are doing, so thanks to
you all!
