[App_rpt-users] Request for CTCSS On/Off Function

Hi Jim/Steve/Steve,

I like to be able to turn receive CTCSS on and off with a cop command.  
Less importantly, I'd also like to be able to turn the transmit CTCSS  
on and off. Any chance these could be added?
