[App_rpt-users] intermittent problem, TX hangs up

Since the GM300's are typically "low" for PTT, I suspect an issue where 
a pull-up resistor would help. I run an M120 for the link and its worked 
100% for me, using the default accessory config (PTT low). Since the 
timeout timer takes over, this also would point to an issue with the 
external PTT.
