[App_rpt-users] curl structure problem

I have been getting reports of an issue with an error having to do with
not being able to allocate a curl structure. I just discovered that this happens
if you dont update your extensions.conf file. Change any reference to 'reg.allstarlink.org'
to 'register.allstarlink.org'.
