[App_rpt-users] New features / bug fixes

I had an issue compiling zaptel with kernel 2.6.30 (gentoo). ztdummy
wouldn't compile.
Known issue and there is a patch available. I attached the patch which
should probably
be merged into the tree. I was going to put it in mantis but didn't see the
proper spot.
