[App_rpt-users] Asterisk died with code 1

Steve,

I tried to run the update from version 210 to version 213, but Asterisk 
dies with code 1.

Is there a fix that you can share with me?   I have rebooted to pick up 
one URI,  but I still get the Asterisk died with code 1.  Thanks
