[App_rpt-users] Connection problem

Hello to the group,

It's been a while but am back the mailing list. 

I have a problem with version 0.210.  I can not connect to anyone.  I 
have port 4569 forwarded, the rpt_externode  file is in tact with the 
right port numbers, 4569. 

I also have a Notice that  say auto congestion call do to slow response. 
And last a Warning that say for waitstream_core: Unexpected control 
subclass '13'.

Can anyone shed any light? Thanks
