[App_rpt-users] CTCSS and carrier squelch

Hello,

our repeater is in "carrier squelch"-mode. Since there is much traffic on
our repeater we are used to use different subtones for different user groups
just for the initial call to request a group member to continue the qso
without subtone (so nobody else in the group will be disturbed).
Unfortunately this seems to be impossible. We tried these configurations in
usbradio.conf:

#1 (we tried "0" in rxctcssfreqs/txctcssfreqs in CTCSS dsp-mode)
hdwtype=0
;txctcssdefault=71.9
rxctcssfreqs=0,67.0,71.9,74.4,77.0,79.7,82.5,85.4,88.5,91.5,94.8,97.4,100.0,
103.5,107.2,110.9,114.8,118.8,123.0,127.3,131.8,136.5,141.3,146.2,151.4,156.
7,162.2,167.9,173.8,179.9,186.2,192.8,203.5,210.7,218.1,225.7,233.6,241.8,25
0.3
txctcssfreqs=0,67.0,71.9,74.4,77.0,79.7,82.5,85.4,88.5,91.5,94.8,97.4,100.0,
103.5,107.2,110.9,114.8,118.8,123.0,127.3,131.8,136.5,141.3,146.2,151.4,156.
7,162.2,167.9,173.8,179.9,186.2,192.8,203.5,210.7,218.1,225.7,233.6,241.8,25
0.3
carrierfrom=dsp
ctcssfrom=dsp
rxdemod=flat
txprelim=yes

#2 (we tried to disable CTCSS)
hdwtype=0
carrierfrom=dsp
ctcssfrom=no
rxdemod=flat
txprelim=yes

Is there a way to pass CTCSS tones through the repeater in "carrier
squelch"-mode ? I don't care whether it will be decoded/encoded by the
software or just passed through the repeater (0-300 Hz passthrough).
Currently passthrough of 0-300 Hz seems to be blocked by the software.

Thanks
73,
Jann
