[App_rpt-users] Schedule info rpt.conf

I am trying to figure the schedule format out i currently have this
83 = 00 * * * *
which reads the time every hour i would like it to be every hour from 8 am
to 10 pm

i tried
83 = 00 8-22 * * *
dosnt work is this possible
