STAR* page (http://www.va3uv.com/freestar.htm) for use with a pc (sound 
card) based GMSK encoding / decoding software application for D-STAR. 
They work well for this application.  As several folks have commented, 
they are not suitable for app_rpt as they do not contain the CM108, 109 
or 119 chips.
