[App_rpt-users] Node 2392 is now AllStarLink/EchoLink capable.

	My N7PKT-L call was validated tonight, so my node can connect to EchoLink 
nodes also now. :D My first outbound EchoLink connection was to EchoLink node 
1654 (KL7M).
