[App_rpt-users] Echolink Config

Hello Everyone,

I was looking through my echolink.conf and I was wondering if anyone could
enlighten me on what the recfile= does?  Is it like a welcome message?  I
have a few custom recordings and would like to do a welcome message when
people connect via echolink.
