[App_rpt-users] Beagle and Lox vs Intel CPU and URI(s)

Here my dilemma - I've owned a URI for a while saving for a repeater
project. Now I ordered the radios
and need to decide: do I order another URI and finish the box ( I
already have a CPU ready to go) or
bite the bullet and go Lox and Beagle? I see in the Pickle text, there
are future enhancements on the way.
Would I be better to just save the URI for a simplex project? I have two
GM300s and would like a matched interface.
Also will LoxBeagle provide ID capabilities, Cepstral telemetry etc? Are
there watchdog timer provisions in the BeagleBoard?

The details on the web site were thin so I needed to ask further questions.

Thanks and 73,

Randy K7RDB
