Constructing a cable for a Simplex node. The data connector on the radio has
2 pins. 1200bps  and 9600bps outputs. The 1200 is de-emphasized/squelched.
Which pin would be the one to use for audio out? 1200bps pin to pin
21(mic_ac) on the URI?
