[App_rpt-users] Alternate port

I had to change the port on the web site portal as well as bindport=4568 in iax.conf. Before I did that I was still seeing 4569 in /var/lib/asterisk/rpt_extnodes. 

However I still have a problem. I have to nodes on the second server 2530 and 2531. I can't connect those to each other but they connect to everything else fine.
