[App_rpt-users] THANKS! Parallel Port access support

Also a HUGE mungus thank you for adding the Parallel Port stuff!!!

It's nice to have the option to use PTT/COR from that versus having to do
the SMT soldering job (even though I've got pretty good at it) ;-)
And I'm very big on using remote control of things at the site and remote
monitoring of stuff via the input pins.

I might play with serial port pin manipulation just to give myself a fun
simple project. I really feel a desire to dive into the code and play.
