[App_rpt-users] boot problem

Yep it's a DNS issue
It's trying to resolve dns names on startup or trying to do reverse dns
on something or itself and it's failing.

Make sure your DNS stuff is working and that the computer can actually
resolve ALL of it's own ip addresses.
