[App_rpt-users] REmote Base Access Control

I have an access question about remote bases.  IF I set the node so users can't access my remote base node by phone, using the portal, does that include me as the sysop as well? Is there a way I can have an allow list for this?
IF not, how can I have access to my remote base node so I and other users I authorize can control it by phone? I want to use the service provided by Allstar for outgoing autopatch calls for my server.  Can I do both, or do I have to choose one?
