- try this test:

 From another PC (WIN or Linux):

telnet <ip_of_app_rpt_box> 222 (assuming that the ssh port is the 
default '222' as set by the ACID install).

Do you get the OpenSSH prompt?


Ctrl C or Ctrl ] to exit


Then try to ssh into the box using PuTTY, the SSH client, etc...
