Which version of Allstar are you using?

I would suggest you back up all of you configs, download new source and
reinstall it all.  It look like you might be using an older version due to
the process calls to irlp.conf which was removed from Allstar's source about
a year ago.  The only significant error I see is this:

ERROR: numrxcodes != numtxcodes

That appears shortly after asterisk reads the rpt.conf file and attempts to
configure the usb interfaces.  Double check your rpt.conf, usb.conf and
usb1.conf files to make sure that the two nodes you are running have the
proper settings.

There are also calls to the usb devices in your log where is assigned device
1-2 to usb and device 1-1 to usb1, run lsusb to make sure that those usb
devices are in fact your radio interfaces.
