Also, if someone is trying to remote control another node and forgot to use the '#' character to end control, the node will be continually keyed.

First thing I see is that your local receiver is always on (RPT_RXKEYED=1). Maybe try setting your totime low and see if that helps troubleshooting.
Whether its local repeat or a link causing your node to transmit, the "totime" works the same. Maybe your usbradio.conf changed?

A simple asterisk restart fixed it, but before I did I collected a few things..
Note : The node that had the issue was 27875.. I tried connecting various nodes to it and all had the same issue.. Continuous key up on the network.
