[App_rpt-users] Inbound Echolink connections flakey

Without the funny comments this time...I'm working on a transition plan
to the Iaxrpt client.

My node that's worked forever and the new node are both not allowing
inbound Echolink connections, but are registered online. They worked
earlier up until the time I restarted Asterisk to reload the usbconfig file.

Is anyone else that's running both networks seeing any inbound connect
timeouts?

I'm seeing this on my console while running "asterisk -r"

In the echolink.conf file, the first line is "confmode=no" - does that
need to be set to yes for any particular reason?

The person reporting the issue can connect to other Echolink nodes from
both a Mac and iPhone.

Thanks,
Tony
