two boxes behind a common router need to have different port numbers - have you done that?
you use the "bindport" parameter in the iax config file.
in the [nodes] stanza you need to specifically mention the new port number as part of the addressing

Hi Guys
I have a couple Nodes on one box one as a hub
and the other as a regular Node, Radio ect I can log
into the box ok, It boots up fine, I can ping out of the box
ok so it is seeing the internet ok but will not take any
commands from the Asterisk CLI prompt at all. If I type
any command it simply does nothing. Any ideas on what
could be wrong
